Roadmap
What's coming next
What we're planning for Keymail. Order and timing may change as we hear from you. For what has already shipped, see the release notes.
Desktop widgets
Unread counts and your newest mail on the desktop or in Notification Center.
Any IMAP account
Fastmail, custom domains and any other IMAP server, next to Gmail, iCloud, Outlook and Yahoo.
Instant delivery
New mail pushed to your Mac the moment it lands, instead of checked every few seconds.
Send Later and Snooze, even when Keymail is closed
A small background helper sends scheduled mail and brings snoozed threads back on time.
Mail rules
Match on sender, subject, text or mailing list, then move, archive, mark read or trash as mail arrives.
Sign-in codes, one click
Verification codes show in the notification with a Copy button, so you never open the email.
Link tracking removed
Tracking tags stripped from the links you open, so senders can't see who clicked.
On-device AI
Summaries and rewrites with Apple Intelligence on your Mac, no AI app or subscription needed.
More languages
Keymail in your Mac's language, starting with the most requested ones.
