Native for macOS 14+ · Gmail, iCloud & Outlook

Your inbox, at the speed of your keyboard.

Keymail is a native mail client for Gmail, iCloud and Outlook, built for people who'd rather not touch the mouse. Every keypress hits a local cache, so nothing waits on the network.

Features

Everything you do in email, one key away.

Built around the habits of inbox zero: triage fast, clear what's done, bring back what matters when it matters.

⌘K

Command palette

Type any action. Each result shows its shortcut, so you learn them as you go.

E

Mark Done

Archive in one keystroke. The next message is already open.

H

Remind me

Snooze a thread until later, or only if nobody replies. It comes back to the top of your inbox on time.

⇥

Split Inbox

Tabs built from rules on sender, domain, recipient, subject or label.

Cschedule

Send later

Write it now, schedule it for the morning. Cancel any time from ⌘ K.

⇧U

Snippets & unsubscribe

Saved replies with variables. One-key unsubscribe from lists.

B

Calendar built in

Accept or decline invites without leaving your inbox. Turn an email into an event in one key.

on by default

Phishing warnings

Lookalike senders and suspicious links get flagged before you click.

⌘,

Make it yours

Text size, window opacity, light or dark email, and notifications for important mail only.

Bring your own AI

Use the AI subscription you already pay for.

Summarize a long thread, get three instant replies to pick from, or hand an email that needs real work to Claude Code. Keymail runs Claude, Codex or Gemini on your Mac, already signed in to your own plan. No API keys, no extra subscription.

  • ISummarize thread
  • ⇧RInstant reply
  • ⌘KSend to Claude Code

Claude

Codex

Gemini

Summaries and replies run read-only: the AI writes text, never changes files or sends mail. Send to Claude Code opens a new session in the Claude app with the email as its prompt, in the project folder you pick. Nothing runs until you press Enter.

Keyboard first

Learn six keys. Fly through the rest.

Vim-style navigation that feels natural within a day. Your hands stay on the keys from first message to empty inbox. Prefer a different key? Remap any of them in Settings → Hotkeys.

Privacy

Your mail stays between you and your provider.

Gmail

Any number of Google accounts, including Google Workspace.

iCloud Mail

Your iCloud address, plus aliases to send from.

Outlook Preview

Outlook.com, Hotmail and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts.

01

No servers in the middle

Keymail connects straight from your Mac to Gmail, iCloud and Outlook. There's no Keymail backend reading or storing your email.

02

Your passwords stay yours

Gmail and Outlook sign in through Google and Microsoft in your browser. iCloud uses an app-specific password, never your Apple Account password. All of it stays in your Mac's Keychain.

03

No tracking pixels

Keymail doesn't add read receipts to the mail you send. What you send is what they get.

Keymail app icon

Get to inbox zero before your coffee's cold.

For macOS 14 and later. Works with Gmail, iCloud Mail and Outlook.
